Doro is the Chief Executive Officer of Millbrook, and in this role, she is responsible for overseeing the executive staff as well as all business matters that require her direct involvement. Before beginning her career in the healthcare staffing industry, Doro held a variety of positions in the education sector. As a First Lieutenant in the United States Army, Doro served his country with honor and pride. Doro, a native of New York City and a Long Island resident, lives in Millbrook but spends part of his time in Manhasset, Long Island.

Although Doro was born and raised in New York City and currently resides on Long Island, he currently divides his time between his hometown of Millbrook, New York, and the town of Manhasset, located on Long Island.

Doro served as the early visionary for the company, which she directed, and she developed the business strategy, website, marketing strategies, internal processes, recruitment management process, bid proposal procedures, and strategic partnerships that were necessary for Millbrook to flourish. He recruited an elite management team by drawing on his extensive professional experience and extensive network of commercial contacts.
